How to: Find a doctor in-network

A big part of what makes us who we are, is our network of primary care clinics and providers. We know them, they know us, and we work together closely to deliver quality care to you.

Covered service: 24/7 virtual care

It’s still that time of year, cold and flu season. Which could mean longer wait times to see a doctor in person. Unless, you have CHPW Virtual Care, where you can see a doctor without having to bundle up and leave your home.

CHPW Virtual Care doctors can diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for many common illnesses and non-emergency medical issues like a cold, flu, rash, earache, and more. You just pay your normal copay. Find out what else you can use it for and how it works.

For health-related questions, get help before scheduling the appointment and call our CHPW 24/7 Nurse Advice Line: 1-866-418-2920. As a CHPW member, there’s no charge to use it.

News: New year, new (important) checklist

As we ring in 2025, now is a good time to think about what’s to come for the year ahead and be ready. Busy schedules can take over and time can fly by. So, we made you a short list of important to-dos this winter:

  • Start scheduling appointments you know you need, like your yearly checkup
  • New to CHPW? Get to know your plan benefits right away
  • Watch the mail for your 1095-A for tax form. You’ll need this when you do your taxes.

Life gets busy. Scheduling your routine preventive care appointments (like your yearly physical or any recommended screenings) is key to fit it in your schedule.

Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy new year. Thank you for reading and thank you for being a part of the CHPW community.
