Find the Cascade Select plan that fits your health needs and your budget. A new lower cost Gold-level plan called Vital Gold will be available alongside the current Gold plan, which will be renamed Complete Gold.
Your eligibility for savings—like premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions—depends on factors like your income and household size. You’ll see your exact monthly cost when you apply through Washington Healthplanfinder. See bottom of page for more details on savings.

Cascade Care Savings may be available through Washington Healthplanfinder that could lower your premium (the amount you pay each month for coverage). You must enroll in a Gold or Silver plan to qualify.
Cost-sharing reductions may be available through Washington Healthplanfinder that could lower the amount you pay when you get health care. Whether you qualify depends on your income and family size. You must enroll in a Silver plan to get cost-sharing reductions.
American Indians and Alaska Natives (AI/AN) are eligible for cost-sharing reductions through any metal-level plan. If you’re an enrolled tribal member of a federally recognized tribe or a shareholder in an Alaska Native Corporation, and your income is at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level, you won’t have copays, deductibles, or coinsurance costs. Regardless of income, you won’t have any costs when receiving care at a tribal or urban Indian clinic, or when referred to another provider through the Contract Health Services program.
