Community Health Plan of Washington Individual & Family Plans is a health insurance plan for individuals and families. To enroll in a Community Health Plan of Washington Individual and Family plans, you must be eligible and live in our service area (Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Clallam, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Grant, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Kittitas, Lewis, Mason, Okanogan, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, Stevens, Thurston, Walla Walla, Whitman, and Yakima counties in Washington state).
*CHPW offers one of several Cascade Select products offered on Washington Health Benefit Exchange.
Language Assistance
Language assistance services, including interpreters and translation of printed materials, are available free of charge.
